In this Market Minutes John Cunningham introduces 2 new directors to the team. He welcomes Matt Nicastri, from our Collaroy office and Jonathan Fletcher from our Avalon Beach office.

Hi, it’s John Cunningham. It’s with great pleasure that I welcome the two newest members of the Cunningham’s partnership. Jonathan Fletcher from our Avalon Beach office and Matt Nicastri from our Collaroy office have joined as new directors. This brings the number of active partners and directors in our business to 12, just something that is not often seen in real estate businesses.
We believe that for our business to thrive and for our clients to benefit as a result, it is so important to have our leaders invested in everything we do. We are one business covering the whole Northern Beaches, and our clients can feel confident that our entire team of directors want the best advice, experience, and results provided for all. It also means that they all follow the values that we aspire to, and that is to be principled in all they do, to take responsibility and apply disciplines for the benefits of our clients. We care about what really matters to our clients, and it’s a joy to welcome Jonathan and Matt into the partnership team.
