About Matt

Beginning his real estate career in 2010, Matt immediately knew this was the career for him. Now, over a decade in the industry he has built a solid network of clients who rely on him for his trusted real estate advice. Putting real estate first during the early years of his career has allowed Matt to grow with his clients, and those who were buying and selling apartments a decade ago are now buying and selling houses under the guidance of Matt and his team. Over his career to date, Matt has been involved in over 600 property transactions helping buyers and sellers find joy property.

Aside from being an integral part of his client’s financial success, Matt enjoys the process of creating bespoke strategies for every property and building relationships with people to ultimately achieve the best outcome. Recognised as a natural people-person, Matt's easy-going demeanour teamed with his straight-talking approach is well received by his loyal clients. Matt prides himself on going above and beyond for each of his clients, consistently delivering superior service, advice and results which are reflected in his regular client reviews.

In addition to real estate sales, Matt is a licensed and practicing Auctioneer and whilst auction isn’t right for every property, it gives him a strong understanding of the intricacies of the negotiation process, how buyers behave at an emotional level and the ability to ‘read the room’ in highly sensitive situations. Having worked as a practicing Auctioneer for the last 7 years, Matt has a deep understanding of the mechanics of a successful campaign and how that all leads to a successful result at auction.

Matt is also an active member of the Real Estate Institute Sale Chapter Committee, a group of real estate leaders across NSW pioneering the improvement of standards in the real estate industry and advocating to make real estate a profession among other industry improvements.

Born-and-bred on the Northern Beaches, Matt has and firm understanding of the nuances of each suburb, which is reflected in his passionate approach.
