As a licensed builder I can be quite critical of real estate agents and what I consider to be generous amounts of BS that comes out of their mouths. So, when my wife and I were looking to choose an agent in Manly we decided to put together 8 serious questions as to 'why we should choose your agency'. Of the four agencies we approached in Manly, only Cunninghams bothered to actually read and answer our questions. It's not like we were selling a cheap property either, but the other agents did nought. Zero. Zip. They simply thought their big ties and high heel shoes was what gets you sales. We were stunned. So we chose Cunninghams because they started off on the right foot and then they kept delivering for us throughout the entire sale process. They were always very responsive, they were analytical of every proposed purchaser and they were interested from start to finish and then beyond. This also included the rental department who were required to be part of the sale. Our experience was Cunninghams delivered above their sales patter. I did not give 5 stars because I'm a builder and they might get swelled heads, but I would include Cunninghams on your short list of agents you are looking to choose.
