We’re excited to share that our Head of Sales, Rob Matheson, has teamed up with industry leaders from Laing+Simmons and The Agency to launch a brand-new podcast, In Good Company Series.
This podcast brings together Rob, Luke Evans (General Manager of Sales at The Agency, NSW) and Jacqui Barnes (Head of People and Growth at Laing+Simmons) to explore some of the biggest topics facing real estate agents today. From growing and scaling your career to becoming the best sales agent you can be, the trio dive into real, candid conversations that every agent, whether starting out or well-established, can relate to.
For Rob, this podcast has been a long-time dream.
“I’ve always believed the industry would be stronger if we all worked together,” Rob says. “This podcast gives us the opportunity to provide practical advice, share our experiences and help agents at all stages of their careers.”
The first episode dropped on 20 August 2025 and tackles the lead-up to Spring – one of the busiest times of the year in real estate – including how to prepare, set priorities and get the most out of the season ahead.
New episodes are released fortnightly on Spotify, and we couldn’t be prouder of Rob for being part of such an exciting collaboration that’s all about sharing knowledge and supporting others in the industry.
