Despite its smaller size, North Manly holds up very well against its large neighbouring suburbs. This well-connected suburb is an extremely sought-after location, a neighbourhood where people fall in love its family feel and proximity to beach, transport, schools and ample green space.

Only 17 kilometres northeast of Sydney’s CBD and often seen as Freshwater’s little cousin, North Manly benefits from all that Freshwater, Curl Curl and Queenscliff offer without the premium that buyers often pay to live in those exclusive beachside suburbs.   • Westfield Warringah Mall a one stop hub for shopping, fun and relaxation with a range of shops dedicated to fashion, dining, entertainment and wellbeing.
  • Warringah Golf Club has a long history in North Manly dating back to 1935 when it’s first nine holes were formed. The club is open to both professional and social golfers and the clubhouse is located opposite the golf course and offers services and facilities to all members and visitors.
  • Warringah Recreation Centre located on the corner of Kentwell Road and Pittwater Road offers three squash courts, comps, and world class coaching. The Centre is one only a handful of squash facilities on the Northern Beaches.
  • Voyager Tennis Centre located at the Warringah Recreation Centre offers tennis court hire, coaching and tennis equipment for the local community.
  • Berkelo, although technically in Brookvale is located on William Street and creates delicious coffee and food from sustainably sourced produce. It is also a very handy pit stop before starting your commute to work, study or shopping.
