Fostering Community Connections Through Events

Lifeline Northern Beaches is not only a support system but also a hub for community engagement. Their events, such as Book Fairs, BBQs, and other social gatherings, play a crucial role in bringing the community together. The Book Fairs, in particular, are more than fundraising events; they are vibrant community gatherings that foster connection and enjoyment.

Empowering the Community to Make a Difference

The organisation also encourages community involvement in fundraising activities. Whether it’s a school, workplace, or club, Lifeline Northern Beaches offers support and guidance to those who wish to contribute through their own fundraising events. Additionally, the Lifeline Classic, a tag-team surfing competition, stands out as a unique and exciting way to support their cause while celebrating our local surf culture. Cunninghams has supported this event since it began and has been proud to have raised over $30,000 over the last 3 years.

Our tour of their call centre was an eye-opening experience. Meeting the dedicated staff and volunteers who operate the heart of Lifeline Northern Beaches gave us a deeper appreciation of the compassionate work they do every day. It was another reminder of how vital their services are to the well-being of our community and the whole Lifeline network.

Lifeline Northern Beaches is more than an organisation; it’s a vital part of the fabric of our community. Their commitment to providing support, fostering connections, and empowering individuals to contribute to a stronger community is truly commendable.

We are so proud to recognise and support the invaluable work of Lifeline Northern Beaches and urge anyone who has the means to help, do so.
