About Fairlight

Fairlight boasts great access to the harbour foreshore, a beautiful calm beach and easy access to Manly. A small group of local shops and the nearby Stockland Village complex offers great amenities for residents of Fairlight.  Fairlight boasts a variety of character properties – art deco apartments, timber cottages, modern high rises and substantial harbourside homes.

The gentle beauty of this beach makes it ideal for picnics and offers ideal conditions for snorkelling, scuba diving and kayaking. It’s sheltered swimming pool is also ideal for young children.

What we love, by Georgi Bates

“Fairlight is a community like nowhere else. Neighbours get together and the community is close-knit with a passionate Fairlight hood face group page, supporting each other. It is tightly held as no one wants to leave! It is approximately a 15-minute walk to the ferry or surf, making it one of the few suburbs in the world that has such desirable lifestyle amenities. The local School, Manly West has an organic market on Saturdays and there is a free shuttle bus called the hop skip and jump for locals. It won’t take long before the cafes will you by name”
