Nicola joins Cunninghams as a Property Manager with a great depth of real estate knowledge. Having worked her way through the ranks from Receptionist to Property Manager, Nicola looks forward complimenting our dynamic Property Management team with her well rounded experience. Nicola started her real estate career as a receptionist in North Sydney, transitioning to a Leasing Consultant role on the Northern Beaches and later advanced into Property Management, where she skillfully managed a portfolio of 150 properties. Passionate about fostering strong relationships with tenants and landlords, Nicola is eager to expand her expertise within the Cunninghams team, and to continue to diversify her skillset.
A lifelong resident of the Northern Beaches, Nicola grew up in Freshwater and now resides in Dee Why, continuing her connection to the local community. She holds a true appreciation for the outdoors, frequently enjoying gym sessions, coastal walks, and quality time with her partner and family.
