With 5 years’ experience in property and having worked alongside some of Cunninghams most successful agents for the last 3 years, Matthew brings a broad understanding and depth of knowledge to his real estate career. With previous experience in property management, leasing, building management and renovations of homes and townhouses in the Inner West, Matt brings a varied skillset to help both buyers and clients during the highs and lows of transacting real estate.
Matt has a Bachelor of Construction Project Management from UTS which gives him a solid understanding of all aspects of the construction process, including project management, construction management, design management, business management, quantity surveying and property development; a huge value add for Matt’s clients.
With a strong drive to engage with people and guiding them to achieve their property goals, Matt enjoys taking the stress out of buying and selling property for his clients.
Having spent a lot of time on the Northern Beaches growing up, Matthew resides in Queenscliff where he enjoys golfing and playing tennis.
