Having lived in the area for the past 18 years, James is a passionate local who loves the Northern Beaches and all it has to offer. James and his wife Carmen have four boys, aged 18, 12, 6 and 5- so why would you really live anywhere else with four boys?

With his young family, James is an enthusiastic participant in many community and sporting groups including Manly Roos Rugby Union Club and the local schools his children are part of. 

He loves being involved in the community and works tirelessly to ensure that all involved have the best possible experience, which is what it is all about. This attitude is very much carried through to James' professional life – his ability to develop networks coupled with his strong determination to succeed underpins his success in the business world. 

James has many years experience in the financial markets and over twelve years experience in the property industry. In 2001 James set up an investment company providing advice to the finance industry, focusing specifically on opportunities presented in property development.  From there James has, in partnership and on his own, developed residential, commercial, retail and land subdivision projects ranging from $2M to $70M. These projects have been located in centres as diverse as Townsville and Wollongong - all the way down the east coast.

James has extensive experience in the industry, particularly in project marketing of residential developments. He has excellent negotiation skills and a unique ability to think laterally to deliver the optimum outcome for his clients.  Working at Cunninghams Property combines James’ extensive property industry experience with the lifestyle he loves so much - a perfect fusion. His professional background coupled with his community involvement means that James is a true asset to the Cunninghams Property team.
