Our People

Bree originally commenced with Cunninghams Property in 2003 in Property Management. Possessing a curious nature, interest in property and a desire to be part of a vibrant progressive team meant it was a natural fit for Bree to join us.

During her time as a Property Manager with us, Bree displayed exceptional customer service standards and always ensured that the needs of her clients were a top priority. In 2005, Bree was the winner of the 2005 REI of NSW Award for Excellence in Property Management and a finalist in the 2006 REA Awards.  Bree was a stand-out performer and contributed to Cunninghams' reputation as one of the most successful independent agencies in the country.

In 2007, Bree decided to pursue a long-held dream of becoming a qualified hairdresser. She was then employed by a reputable local salon, Snip-Into for a period of two years. In 2010, John approached Bree to rejoin Cunninghams Property in the much expanded role of Systems Manager.

Her approach to customer service, coupled with her sunny nature and her attention to detail is a great asset to our business. Bree is a resident of Dee Why, residing very close to the beach where she regularly (and foolishly!) undertakes early morning boot-camp sessions. In her spare time, Bree enjoys shopping and travelling to many exotic destinations, particularly enjoying the sunshine! Bree has a Diploma of Business Marketing from TAFE and is well placed to manage the demands of her role.
