Carly joined Cunninghams Property in 2010.  A born and bred Freshwater girl, Carly loves being near the beach and being outdoors - not that that is a pre-requisite for joining Cunninghams of course but this local knowledge is so helpful to our team. 

Carly has worked in Property Management locally since 2005 and we were fortunate to have Carly join us in February 2010 as a Property Manager for our team.  Carly’s commitment to her clients and to our business saw her promoted to the role of Client Services Manager in January 2012. 

This allows Carly to focus purely on the needs of our existing and future landlords and provide excellent customer service to this important part of our business. A dedicated role for our Property Management team, in just a short period of time this resulted in the number of properties managed by our team increasing by more than 10%. 

Initially studying marketing, Carly also worked in boutique advertising and media agencies in production, finance and as an office manager. Organised, efficient and system oriented, Carly is a great asset to the property management team here at Cunninghams.

Carly has also lived and worked in London and Vancouver and loved being able to experience these very different cities and the travelling opportunities they provided. In her down time, Carly enjoys swimming at the beach, socialising and eating out. She also loves yoga but doesn't feel she gets to a class nearly as much as she should!
