Ben joined Cunninghams Property in 2008.  He impressed us from the very beginning, eager to learn and develop his skills right from the word go.  Committed to a career in the industry, Ben commenced as our Front Office Manager and was promoted quickly to Leasing Manager in our Property Management team.  Ben’s performance in his first 12 months in the business earned him a nomination of Rookie of the Year in the Real Estate Results Networks Annual Awards in 2009. 

In 2010, Andrew Lutze – recognizing Ben’s talents - approached him to join his busy sales team.  Andrew manages one of the biggest sales teams in our company and had a specific need for someone to take on the role of a buyer specialist to nurture these clients throughout the sales process.  

Buyer specialists are unique to Cunninghams Property and they provide us with a real point of difference the in the market.  Great service and open communications with our buyers ensures we capture the widest possible market for our properties, therefore achieving the best results for our vendors and our buyers.  We place just as much emphasis on our relationships with our buyers as we do with our vendors. 

Andrew’s team is one of the busiest groups in the company, with a high volume of sales and the role of buyer specialist is pivotal to the smooth operation of the team.  Most importantly, Ben’s role ensures clients are assured of an easy and seamless sales process.  

Ben grew up on the Northern Beaches and has excellent local knowledge.  He continues to develop his career in the industry on a daily basis.  He is a Rugby Union man through and through having started at the young age of 5.  Outside of work, Ben gives generously of his time and enjoys coaching and developing many of the local juniors.  He applies the same principles and puts the same effort into his junior teams as he does into pursuing his career in real estate and is often found on the weekends supporting his teams.
