Passion, enthusiasm and an extensive knowledge of the property market are the essential elements that come to mind when describing Andrew's real estate career. Andrew has developed a reputation for excellent negotiation skills and his knowledge of the local area is second to none.

His drive, energy and aptitude to succeed were proven early on, in the sports arena. Having a strong rugby background, Andrew played for St Joseph’s College First XV, before heading off to Ireland where he played and coached for a further 12 months during a gap year. 

On returning to Australia, Andrew commenced a two year mentorship with the Director of Cunninghams Property, John Cunningham. John's values and ethics resonated well with Andrew and set the foundation for Andrew's continued success in the business. 

With a strong passion for sales and marketing; and open, honest communications, Andrew always exceeds his client's expectations. His results are remarkable having sold over 34 properties in his first 6 months in sales and over 200 in his first 4 years.  His sales achievements have only continued to improve during this time. 

Always focusing on the last incremental dollar and employing a 'never give up' attitude, Andrew has developed a large database of repeat and referral clients. He attributes his success to a simple philosophy – "treat people the same as I would like to be treated." 

Andrew manages a cohesive, strong team, and has implemented many systems to support his clients and continue to grow his market share.  In 2011 he sold the most number of properties for Cunninghams Property – in fact he was responsible for selling one in four of the agency’s listings.  In addition, he grew his market share in the North Balgowlah and Balgowlah areas considerably.  Recently, Ben Jones has joined Andrew to work with exclusively with our buyers – a unique role in the Cunninghams Property team. 

Andrew is well recognised throughout the community and performs numerous charity auctions throughout the year, in addition to being our Chief Auctioneer.  He is very active within the Real Estate industry and is frequently invited to address meetings and share his experiences and knowledge. 

Andrew is in the top 1% of young agents under 30 years old in NSW and is actively involved in the REI NSW young agents’ chapter.   He has established a very successful career in the industry. Andrew sells property across the Northern Beaches and has a developed an excellent reputation particularly in the Balgowlah and North Balgowlah areas.
